Hatchling..

Hello everyone new to this group and new to the whole world of Panther Chameleon’s. I have an egg that started to shrink in size about a week ago now and started to sweat around the same time. My question is do I need to worry about it not having hatched yet? Egg is still white no signs of mold or any funky smell. Again new to all of this. Egg was laid 7/12/24. Thank you in advance to everyone that can chime in on this. Good day!

Sweating is normally a sign of an egg that is about to hatch. I would just observe the eggs until the egg hatches or molds over. Normally I have found when the egg sweats the eggs should hatch sometime soon.

Good luck. I hope the Furcifer pardalis egg hatches.
