I finally hatched hawk moths and it squirted a yellow liquid from its behind, is it still safe for my chams to eat the moth.

Wait until the ones that did not pupate start to send up clouds of phorid flies..
If they were safe beforehand, I don't see why they wouldn't be. Same substance was/is there—it's just a question of whether it's inside or outside of the moth/larva.
