"Flap" our Dilepis

Hi, my first post.. This is "Flap" our Dilepis who lives in our courtyard in KwazuluNatal, South Africa. Could you please tell me if it is a male or female. This is our first chameleon. He/she has been here since November 2013. Flap hunts for his/her own food etc. and seems happy enough except for the past week or so when he is looking restless and moving around more, getting more adventurous. Could be looking for a mate? We feel mean that he is alone:

Flap seems to prefer Dragonflies and Damsels as food.

Does it have spurs on the back of rear foot? Males of dilepis "quilensis form" will have spurs.
