Healthy or not?

I was just wondering if I can get some feedback on whether or not little foot looks healthy? I noticed his eyes are often dark and I was wondering if that is normal because he's only about 2 months old so I'm not sure if that's just his bland color or if he's ill or upset about something? Any feedback much appreciated thank you!
