Healthy supplementation

I have owned my female veiled chameleon for two weeks. She seems to be healthy and thriving. But I am not exactly sure what are the best supplements and schedule for said supplements. Any help would be greatly appreciated by me and my chameleon.

Duncan,

I use Rep-Cal supplements and they seem to be working well. Here's the amazon link for the "three pack"

http://www.amazon.com/Rep-Cal-SRP00...199_img_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=12SZ91PARBJ2EW9H428N

All three supplements for 28 w/ free shipping is not bad.

As for a sup schedule: Calcium w/ out D3 everyday; D3 and vita x2 per month, as in the care sheets.

My schedule is the same as what's in the care sheets as well,
Crickets dusted with calcium without D3 everyday, with D3 every two weeks, and vitamin also every two weeks.

Here's my monthly schedule and routine that I use.
Every other day dust feeders with Rep-Cal plain calcium NO D3 and phosphate free
Week 1 Monday - Dust feeders with Rep-Cal Multi-vitamin.
Week 2 - No Supplements
Week 3 Monday - Dust feeders with Miner-All Indoor.
Week 4 - No Supplements
I make sure my feeder insects are gut loaded with fresh veggies and fruits such as Oats, Kale, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, Apples, and Oranges (which also help keep the stink to a minimum)
I also make sure my chameleons get at least 3 hours of real sunlight at least 3 days of the week.

Most people on here dust with a phosphorous-free calcium powder at most feedings and twice a month with a vitamin powder that contains a beta carotene (prOformed) source of vitamin A and twice a month with a phosphorous-free calcium/D3 powder.
