heat bulb questions

what would you recommend i heat my female veiled in 4x2x2 screen cage with? currently heating with a zoomed dimmable with agrobrite 100 watt grow and i have an extra clamp lamp. my only worry with the current bulb is that it may be too bright..are the grow bulbs safe?

grow bulbs are fine for plants.

i use just regular house bulbs for basking light.

thank you....but just making sure so the grow bulb won't hurt my cham's eyes? i was worried that it would put off too much light
