My mistaking system will arrive today and I was wondering do any of you run a heater in your mister res?

Great work thank you. Would love to see that with just room temp water too.

If you read the whole thread, I did that. The water temp out of the nozzle was exactly the same as the water temp in the reservoir. I didn't take pictures of that because it was pretty obvious that would be the case. Mist coming out of the nozzle can't be cooler than the reservoir temp unless the supply lines are chilled. It can provide a cooling effect via evaporation, but the water itself will not be cooler. Physics at work.

Just read thru it all. Thank you again for the info.

Great work thank you. Would love to see that with just room temp water too. I know when i hand mist with room temp water the temps can drop -10 degrees and if I can keep the temps more close to ambient temps with a heater I just may do it. First mist with a ambient temp of say 73 -10 for the first mist and it can get pretty cold.

Just remember that any water below 98.6 F will feel cold to you. Water would have to be heated to about 100 F to feel warm to your skin.
