Help a Daddy Out!!

I trust you and your reptiles of choice are all well my friends.

Just a quick post to say hi and that King Beardo ROCKS!

Seriously, other than fish, KB is my boys first "real" pet and he is just awesome. Really friendly and so so much character!!

One question..the last couple of times i have served just salad he fully puffed out his beard a couple of times, then sulked off and started to eat it. Whats that about?

He is so so gentle when we handle him and we have definitely earned KBs trust. He truly is one of the family. Bathing him is the main event on Sundays! :)

We now def want a Panther Cham to add to the family!
Thank you all again for your time and advice. Love to you all

If I had a beard I'd puff it out at the thought of salad too :p Have never seen mine do this, but they are both girls if that makes a difference at all. Glad that you are really enjoying King Beardo so much - he's definitely got a wonderful life there with you and your kids!!!

absolutbill.....the beard promptly disappeared when he saw the crickets lol

KB is just an amazing pet and we cannot get enoughtime with him....seeing the way he has learned to trust us (especially my son) is such a beautiful thing.

He truly is an amazing addition to the family!

We knew this would happen! Beardies are so unique in the herp world...their social abilities and responsiveness are amazing. Its as if they were "engineered" to share their lives with people. Those hilarious mugs don't hurt either.

Hey Guys! Long time!

Just a quick post to see how you and your reptiles are doing?

I trust and hope that all is well!

King Beardo continues to fascinate, entertain and charm us...he truly is one of the family!

Little man now wants to get a Gecko for his 7th birthday!

:)

Flux! Hope you are well my firend.

As yet, he hasn't decided but it is between the leapard, crested or the fat-tail.....absolutely loving the amoutn of knowledge and info he has sought out since King Beardo arrived!

Hey Mike glad to hear the addiction is setting in like expected. We're all here just waiting for spring. We had a couple of nice sheds recently, so Luke's colors are starting to really come in. Can't wait to hear more about the new addition. BTW, what a great birthday present.

Geckos are not as easy to handle as beardies but can be a ton of fun as well. Do your research as you have done here and you should be just fine.
