If I'm remembering correctly the guys at IPardalis can identify the locale - I remember hearing something about it on the Chameleon Academy podcast a year or so ago, so you might want to check them out. I'd say Nosy Be as well, but I'm not an expert by any means.

I wasn't able to find what I was remembering on the iPardalis site but they might know how to help, and the Chameleon Academy archives aren't up to date but I'd start there.
