I saw this today on treeko , is it anyhing serious , ? or is it anything I should be worried about ?! please help

Imho there nothing to be worried about and I have never seen a veiled without that colouring in that spot

If they're symmetrical and not spreading, don't worry too much. If they start to spread, that is when it becomes a problem.

Just his coloration I believe.

Yep it looks like normal Veiled freckles. As they get their adult colors, they also get some black coloration and spots on their casque.
