HELP! I have a cham and know nothing about it

vet. pronto. Can you take a pic and post it here pls? are the arms bent or bowed? are the eyes sunken in? Pics would really help.

Erm everything is normal except the eye, and he threw up a little bit... Pics will be a little dificult cause the owner lives in a nearby village and is working 2 jobs, I'l go over there this week and make a photo shooting :| sorry for the lack on pics and partial information, all I can offer atm

P.S. there will be pics the upcoming days

What medication does it need?
The Romanian vets are used to dogs, cats, cows and horses not really exotic animals

He probably has the medication just not sure if he is an expert in reptilians

you said it looked weak and drowzy. these are not good signs.

He got a little better after he threw up, maybe it was the food? I gave him some fishing worms, submited a pic...

I am not sure on what meds he would need. it depends on what the problem is.
however, I would get to a pet store, and find insectivore care, or reptaid. this can help until you can find a vet with some knowledge. you may have to call around.
also, until we can see pics, we wont know at all what is going on. ntm different illnessses require different things.

If you have no vets with reptile experience, see if you can find one with bird experience. They're close enough on the evolutionary chart that avian experience will be helpful.

R.I.P. Incognito, he passed away earlier today from the eye swelling I guess, he was found in his cage with some poop hanging out of his backside.

The question remains is it safe to keep the other cham in the same cage or could it be something contagious?

Im so sorry. :(

I would clean out the cage REALLY well first. Thats just me, though. The more experienced members may have more to say.

Im really sorry. Are you still going to get another cham? or take the other one that was with incognito?

What kind of plants and toys/aids should I put in the terrarium, I will talk to the guys to move the cham faster in case of some infection, so he wont pass away

Oh one more crash quiestion, in 3rd Oct. I am going to college, and I will stay in a dorm, is there a way I could temporarily hide the terrarium while there will be a security check?

They are looking for alcohool and drugs and contraband, if I could get the terrarium out of sight, I cand pick the cham and get out of the room for the inspection and move it with me...

How much living space does a meditaraenean cham need?

I was thinking the SAME thing, since I am going in college January. I decided that I am going to stay in an Apartment with my friends, though. However, it CAN be done. When they do the security check just make sure the cham is out of the room for a few minutes until they're gone. The cage won't matter imo. As long as your cage lights are off and everything, they can't do anything about it. After all, theres nothing living in there besides some plants, right? ;)

Or if its a reptibreeze you could always just disassemble it, which takes a few minutes.

Yep, I will lie that it's a friends and I have to sell it for some money, when they check again....Sorry no customers

Erm stupid question, very stupid one indeed...

What if I dont find a water pump and just get the cham under the shower (cold water) to get him wet and give him to drink

Btw the owner just told me he likes to swim, and jumps in water
