So I finally got my hands on some silkworm eggs - 500 eggs in total.
Three days ago they ALL hatched. I have so many now lol. They are very tiny.
I put fresh chow (mulberry leaf paste) in the containter and they all climbed on it and started munching.
However, after one day, the chow gets dried out and they need new chow.
But I put some fresh chow in there for them and they don't go to it.
They keep sitting on the dry, unedible pieces and don't move to fresh food.
Should I do anything? or just leave them?
I tried moving them with a paintbrush but silkworms die very easily and I don't want to risk that
