Help! Is this a cross breed?

hello everyone, I got my chameleon 3 months ago from a local pet store. Back then, they said he's a nosy be panther chameleon.

3 months on, I'm starting to doubt whether it's really one... I suspect it's not a purebred nosy be, but a cross breed? Or are his colours not out yet? Can anyone identify this lovely guy? Thanks!

There isn't a sure way of knowing, but if I had to guess, I'd say a Nosy Be crossed to an ambilobe or ambanja.

Wild caught nosy be could have quite a bit of green and red in them. First generations too. But it could also be a cross! What ever the case may be, he is beautiful!
