Help me improve this?

Hey guys so I've been working on Tony's cage and I was thinking about placing sticks in a sort of square shape like the top part, in the middle and lower part of his cage so it's more like floors to his home but I feel like that would hinder his being able to hide deep in the plants. So I was also thinking about putting sticks or vines in the front part so they kind of make a z or a zig zag all the way down towards the bottom. But I don't know. Suggestions would be lovely.

You can add a few Small 3 inch plastic planters with golden pothos on the side with a magnet on the inside of th planter and one on the out side of the cage (super magnets there silver ) walls as they drape down they create nice natural latters and reduces the cham from climbing the screens you can then place branches on top of the planters going across the cage for higher basking

Okay so I put one new branch in there it's long and binds so it goes from the top of his cage to the middle. When I first put him in there he found a side he really liked and if I ever put him in on the other part he would just go back to the other part and chill for a bit. Then he started pacing it (it's in a type or arch with other branches at the bottom so that its kind of in a bell shape) in like a circle for a while. He didn't seem stressed or anything just pacing around it. Then he abruptly stopped and crawled else where. Is he not a fan of the added branch or was he just trying to get a feel of how much he could do with that side of it? Lol. Idk.

I'd place sticks at a couple more levels, so your cham can find a comfortable temp it needs at the time.

Right, right. Good thinking. I just am afraid he'll start hanging out down there and then I'll be like "Mbd?!?!" (spends next several hours viciously checking old forums post even though I know mbd like the back of my hand) haha. Jk. Kind of. #NeuroticChameleonLoverNeverGetsOld

Your cham will hang out where the temp is most comfortable at the moment, so checking the temp in several areas is important. They are cold blooded and will change locations many times to find the temp that they desire at the moment, along with roam about the cage. I have most of the vines and branches in the mid to top section, and only a few that reach the bottom. But they need a few levels for comfort. They bask for many reasons, including to get warmer to digest their meal.
