Hi and sorry about this. First thing comes to mind is, are using a UVB light? If, which type and what's distance to the basking branch?

Worst case, it could be broken bones near the elbow due MBD and this would also explain the tongue disfunction.

UVB 100 25W

Then I can only advice to see a vet asap, because I suspect her from suffering MBD and having a broken leg.
We only advice linear T5 UVB lights (https://www.arcadiareptile.com/nl/forest/) and I also recommend buying one asap, so gets the correct UVB to not make it worst. Due the fact the you're using coil, which has limited penetration because the spot radiation and the lack of a reflector, which now radiates the UVB in all directions, except the necessary one, your girl non to no UVB at all. That causes her to develop MBD.
Which supplements did you use?

@Sonny13 I would only reflect your advice. Proper husbandry including UVB but also an experienced reptile vet asap. Growths could be anything and it should not wait.

Hi again. I advised a vet visit asap the other day and offered to help make sure your husbandry is ok. https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/i-need-help-something-wrong.193977/ I can only repeat the same advice and having seen your enclosure, agree with @Sonny13 about getting correct uvb. I can add further advice to that, but need to know if you are open to making the needed changes promptly and able to. Not being a jerk here - just know that we can only help those are willing/able to do the changes. I truly hope that you are and look forward to helping you and your beautiful chameleon.

Definitely needs a good chameleon vet asap….and your husbandry needs to be reviewed and changes made to correct whatever is wrong with it. Here’s the link to the questions…
