Help my Bearded Dragon!!!

I've had bearded dragons for years, and done just about everything with them.
You can not house them together they are solitary animals, and are often quite finicky.
The big thing I noticed that you said was that you are feeding mealworms.
Mealworms are very bad for your beardie, they have a very poor shell to meat ratio, and the hard shell is very hard for your beardie to digest. THey can cause impaction, also BD can get "hooked" on Meal worms, and you will have problems feeding them other insects.
I would reccomend crickets, silkworms, and horned worms, and lobster or dubia roaches as a staple insect
For treats you can also offer butterworms and waxworms.
Under a year old your beardie should eat 80 percent protein and 20 percent greens,
and as an adult that you switch- 80 percent greens.
As far as the greens go the best veggies for daily staple are:
Mustard Greens
Collard Greens
Bok Choy
Squash
Alfalfa
and Cactus Pad.
www.beautifuldragons.com has an excellent color coded nutritional chart.

As far as temps in your enclousure you want a warm side and a cool side,
an ambient daytime temp of 85-90, and your basking spots SURFACE temp should be around 110. They do not need any night hight as long as the temps do not drop below 60.
Make sure you have adequate UVB as well, this can contribute to your dragon being stressed, and if you have a tube uvb, make sure your dragon can get with in 6 inches of it, and if you have MVB make sure it is no closer than 16 inches.

There are tons of things that could contribute to your beardie being stressed, if you have any questions/ other concerns please feel free to email at [email protected]

I have had females in for like 2 years, they are fine. I'm thinking that they have a male and female. I had a male and a female and the female killed him. She ate his tail and he died because his tail got infected. Not all Beardies get "addicted" to mealworms, but if they haven't eaten in a while Iwould feed them that and crickets to make them gain weight. Also I feed mine pinkies after they lay eggs so they can gain weight. Also, I would suggest using Romaine Lettuce, and when you gutload the crickets make sure it is good gutload and not bad stuff, if you want a good recipe, look under my threads and look at the "Cricket Food" thread and copy that recipe and that should cover the feeders, hope this helps,

LinkinPark, I mean absolutely no disrespect but I disagree. IMO , as well as many others I don't think Dragons should ever be housed together. They are solitary animals. Also, I strongly disagree with feeding pinkies. I mean no offense really, but I know alot of bearded dragon owners share my feelings on this.
Also as far as the lettuce, that can cause loos stools, and has no nutritional value, so I dont know why you would suggest feeding that?

I only do that to make them gain weight because thye lost a lot and calcium after laying eggs. Also, I am very close to big Bearded Dragon Breeders and they all have different things, mine do well on Romaine. Not all beardies are the same. Just the general keeping is the same. Mine have grown up on it and they love it. Also, like I've said, mine have been together since they were smaller so they like being together, I had a male living with them but he ate half of a tail on one of my females so I had to move them, that wasn't a smart move, but like I said, they grew up together. I know someone who has two males that have lived together since they were babies and they never fight. Different personalities for different lizards I think should be the logic behind this thread. Also, not disrespecting you Sasha because I know you know what your talking about, I know that my Beardies's stool's are perfectly fine, plus, I don't always use just that. They get a variety of food that they eat.
