HELP My Chameleon is acting strange

i have a blue bar ambilobe panther who was hatched in april . he has been acting very strange . i did move his cage but to the other side of the room. he doesnt seem to be moving alot just in one spot. he is a little cold . when he goes to another branch he shakes like he is weak. ive been told its a puberty stage . anybody know any answers ?
