Hiya all, looking for some advice my young male
Veiled chameleon had slowed his eating right down
His favourite things were crickets and sometime ate up
To 16!!! In one day talking to a reptile man he mention
Trying wax worm ONLY AS A TREAT! So I got a pot of them and
Some locust but he had about four waxworms
And has completely ignored the locust not eaten one
His picked the odd meal worm and cricket but hardly anything
His still drinking from his dripper and is happy to climb
And chill on my head but just seems to not be eating hardly
Anything this has been for the last three days have I got anything
To worry about and what's up with the locust!? His not interested
At all ?! Thanks Leanne

I don't wanna hijack this post but my panther just did this. I bought him large super. worms and he ate them for about four to five days and now he won't eat crickets or worms at all, not even slightly interested. but he does still drink from the dripper and hangs out. I'm wondering if maybe he's constipated from all the chitton on the supers???

he very well may be full and digesting all that...wax worms are very fatty. My female ate a ton a crickets and a few superworms and didnt eat for like 3-4 days...then she laid a BOMB lol and starting eating again but ill let one of the pros chime in here with their experience.

Probably not, he just likes supers better!!. Most of them do. I think they taste like filet mignon or something. You just have to get tough and don't feed him the supers! They usually come around and will eat the other feeders.

Seems a little better!

Hiya all yes they are very fatty just got them as a treat :), he seems to have picked up eating a little more now :)
