I agree that if it isn’t already resolved, a vet visit will likely be the less stressful solution. A vet will be able to flush the eyes out, and diagnose any potential issue. If you keep messing with it, it’ll be more stressful.You may have to get that eye looked at by a good chameleon vet if it's the same for more than today. It does look like there might be something in it. Remember though, that I'm not a vet and can only give you my best guess.
