When did you first notice the <possible> prolapse?
It is looking really dry and needs to be kept moist.
He needs to go to the vet for this issue as soon as possible.
There are several things that could be better with husbandry as well ... but the main thing is to moisten that prolapse ... use some ky jelly ... soak him in a warm bath first.
I'm really concerned about how dry it appears to be.

I know that the bumps arnt life threatening! I just want to know what they are? I had two removed a while ago... and now more wtf? I have soaked him and it hasnt done anything!!!:( I am going to take him in tomorrow...

It's not going to "do anything" you just have to keep it moist until you can get him to the vet.
Use KY jelly or some type of safe water based lubricant to help keep it moist.

I wish I could tell better what it is in the pictures.
The safest bet is still going to be to keep it moist and have it checked out by the vet.
It could be a prolapse
It could be built up sperm plugs
It could be ???

-Brad

it looked more like a prolapse to me.
Use KY Jelly,
Keep it moist all time until you can bring him to exotic vet.
If it is a sperm plug, than your vet can extract it out.
prolapse, however, depending on severity, might need a surgery.

Please keep us informed after you bring him to the vet.

I have been up all morning and afternoon trying to find a decent vet that will see my chameleon!!!!!! everyone is either not in or not experianced enough to deal with him.!!!!!!! I dont know what to do!!!!!!!! just try keeping it moist? untill i can get into a veT?

zoidberg (my chameleon) is defiantly a fighter i will keep you guys posted thanks once again, yeah non of those are anywhere near where I am:( I would have to drive 110/140 miles to see the closest one:( this guy is Coos Bay, OR (30 Miles away) is supposed to call me back but its been like two hours and still no call!

Alright I finally got him into the vet yesterday....I was supposed to meet a specialist this morning around 9:00 am I went there and they tried charging me $550 for the surgury...(keeping in mind that we have diagnised the problem over the phone, it was or is a prolapsed anus!!!) they charged me $50 just to see him...(and they did nothing at all) I got in a huge argument about this saying they didnt even exam him (temp., body weight) my girlfriend starting crying and freaking out so I spoke up and said this is not right you are charging me for nothing!!!!. they told me to watch my launguage, by this time I freaked out! I looked at the secretary for the vet and read her name tag (karen) and said,"suck my dick karen!!!!" as I was walking out i heard her say pull down your pants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF.... SO I took him to another vet that I take my dog to and they went through and did the surgury.....but they said it was a 50 50 % chance of him living ...!!!!!!! Ill keep ppl updated on this situation that want too know... might i add that the other vet (that did the surgery)quoted me at $200

I went ahead with the surgery and he seems to be find his bung is all inside with stitches on both sides.... they removed his hemi penis (reproductive organs) now all we can do is pump him with antibiotics and worm medicine (just in case he has worms in his digestive track) and hope he pulls through ill post a pic of the after here soon....
