Okay so, I'm a complete fool, his UVB light wasn't on because the light socket was broken, I fiddled with it a little bit and fixed it, as soon as I turned it back on he was active again, I also think he was cold because a vent was nearby, I turned his lights on so he will be warm and covered the vent.
I'll try to feed him tomorrow but I think he's doing much better now.

Also, what type of UVB light do you have? His lights need to be off at night so he can cool down. We also can't help you if you don't answer the questions we've asked. Please, for the sake of your lovely little chameleon, please answer the questions, or have your parents help. He's in bad shape - turning a light on (is it nigh ttime where you are?) isn't going to make him better.

They are UVB 10.0 reptisun 13 watt.
I turned his lights on for a little bit at night but that was only when I was fixing the light socket

Hun we told you before you have to have the UVB light that has the long bulb and fixture. The screw in UVB bulbs do not work for chams they put out very very low levels of UVB. Without the correct UVB they develop MBD which eventually cripples and kills them. You said your parents bought these for you. Did they return them when the other chameleon passed away?

I am not sure where you live but I really think this chameleon should be surrendered to a reptile rescue. Without the right lighting and set up they die. These are one of the hardest animals I have ever kept and extremely expensive. And I am and adult that has the resources to provide the right everything. They still are a lot of work and expense.

They are not an animal I would ever recommend for a young person due to how hard they are to keep alive.

They sure are a challenge! I'm 40 and have access to resources and money to do it right and it's still extremely hard. I would not count it a failure if you surrender him, it must means you love him and know you are unable to give him what he needs and that deserves mad respect

I don't want to upset you but I think it's time to be blunt: Your chameleon is dying because he doesn't have what he needs. He *NEEDS* this light. Need. Not want, not "it would be nice to have" - it's an absolute NEED.

If you and your parents can't/won't give your cham the very basics for survival, please, PLEASE for the sake of the poor animal, surrender him to someone who can give him the proper care. No matter how many times you turn the lights you have on, he won't get better. He won't feel better even if he looks like he does for a few minutes. He's going to die unless you make the changes that have been suggested over and over. Please help him, for his sake.

I really think the best thing you could do for your chameleon is to give it to a rescue. They are very expensive to keep and very challenging. Some day when you’re older and have better resources, you can try again with a chameleon. In the mean time, here are a couple of reptile rescues in Georgia. If you were just a tad closer to central Florida and if i wasn’t already maxed out with animals, I’d offer to take him.

I think you need to talk to them about surrendering her to a rescue that is able to give her the medical care and environment she needs. I know you love her but at this point this is really the best thing for her.

Then wait until your older and able to buy everything you need before you get another chameleon.

If you get the light you need to convince them to also do all the changes the folks here have suggested you do. The way to care for a chameleon is very specific so you should do all the things suggested or you'll still end up with a chameleon that passes away. Really try and consider all the things people have said here.

Have you asked about rehoming her to someone that knows chameleons?

Have you shown them the discussions, concerns, and suggestions here? I don't think they WANT your cham to die, but I'm concerned they don't understand the full picture.

A rescue or someone who can take your cham is going to be the best thing for the little cutie.

Normally I would private message you, but because you are a child I want everything to be public. I must be out of my ever-loving mind, but if your parents can meet me even just a bit out of Atlanta, I will come and pick up your chameleon. I‘m just very tired of watching innocent chameleons die like this.
