Help URGENT Cham is dying what can I do can’t take to vet

He passed this morning
I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve had chameleons as pets for quite some time now and have had to part ways with each and every one of them as they grew old and their time came. I’m not gonna tell you lt gets easier, because lt doesn’t. In fact, l just said goodbye to one of my panthers 3 weeks ago. Raising chameleons isn’t easy and takes a lot of work. If this little guy developed MBD, perhaps there’s a few things you can do differently the next time you decide to raise a chameleon. l have a bit of advice to give you. There is a ton of bad information floating around the internet in regards to “proper chameleon care” including this forum. And don’t ever let anyone from the internet diagnose your chameleon or persuade you one way or the other how to treat your chameleons illness. lt’s up to you to do the research from legitimate sources and find a vet that specializes in chameleons. Keep in mind, most vets will not treat chameleons. Again I’m terribly sorry for your loss, l feel ya. However, keep your chin up, and chalk this up to a learning experience.

It’s very hard to lose one of these guys the last time I owned a panther named Mufasa and when he passed I cried in front of my daughter and fiancé and at work. I am a 34 yr old man that doesn’t show feelings but it was hard and will be every time something like this happens good luck and just let it out man. Jump right back in and do plenty of research. Most likely if your passionate about keeping one it’s inevitable that you will get another one so you might as well just save all your equipment and get right back in! Good luck to you whatever your decision!

Here it is

Too many things could be wrong with the set up, not to mention whatever is going on internally. From the picture, I'd suspect improper lighting as at least part of the issue.
