Help with Aquazamp

Hello,

I have a veiled, whom is doing well. It is my first chameleon and I have upgraded her to a 2X2X4 with plenty of things to interact with. I am a first time chameleon owner, and have relied on knowledge of the internet and forums(I got her from Petsmart) I recently ordered a low profile rain dome from Aquazamp.com, it cost me 187 and some change. It has been over two weeks, the phone number is down, no answer from facebook, email, etc. I am a grad school student and 187 dollars means a lot to me, but I was willing to spend on her over my other needs because I was the one who decided to get her, and I wanted to provide the best environment possible. The order still says processing. I saw on many forums how good of a product it was, and am not sure what to do now. Any advice or help is appreciated...

I ordered a similar set up well over a year ago and even back then it took longer than I would have liked to get it but I am very happy with it. I have seen on several threads that the owner has been having health problems and many have experienced delays getting their orders. A few folks said they got them rather quickly after sending an email but now I have read where even that is not getting a response. I saw a thread a couple of days ago where the customer filed a dispute through paypal and was able to get their money back. I hope you can find a resolution to your situation. I understand just how hard it is to get that kind of money together. His user name on the forums is Summoner12 but he has not posted anything since February. Perhaps one of the moderators could tell you how to contact him since he is still listed as a forum sponsor.

Everybody is having this problem. I just made a claim with PayPal and I would recommend you do the same. Order your misting system through MistKing.

Depends on how many chameleons you've got. The starter kit can mist up to 10 nozzles I believe. That's what I have and it's awesome. Got the rain nozzle to go with it. Couldn't be happier.
