Help with feeding?

So I have 3 veileds, one of which I am holding for a friend till he gets the right accommodations and the other two are mine. I have a male who is coming up on 5 months and a female who is supposed to be around 9-10 months. And my buddies who is female and just around a month to two months. I dust them correctly and everything else is great. Just my girlfriend and I were debating about how much to feed. I feel like I don't feed enough, she says too much. Can someone just verify how much and often to feed these chameleons.

Thanks!

I would feed the 5 month old male everyday 10 to 12 feeders of the
appropriate size......start every other day in a couple of months. The 9 to 10 months old female 6 to 8 feeders every 2 to 3 days. The baby all she wants twice a day.

I have been told to feed male babies 8-12 crickets everyday of the 1/8-1/4" size
from 4-12 months 8-12 crickets everyday of the 1/2-3/4" size
and then after 12 months 10-15 crickets every other day of the 1/2-3/4" size

not really sure on the female though and I know it depends on if you are planning on breeding her or not

Awesome, I win! I have been feeding them very close to your rations.
5 month: 5-6 morning and another 5-6 evening
9-10 month: 3-5 a day
Baby: 10 in the morning then tons in the evening!

All crickets appropriate size.

I do have another question as well; When/How will I be able to tell if I ever over/under feed them? ie. ribs showing, just generally plump.

Thanks
