Help with restlessness and black spots

do you think these bulbs are okay or should we stick to ReptiSun and Arcadia?

Honestly I haven’t any idea. As far as I know they are relatively new to the US market and I personally haven’t heard good nor bad about them. If you know anyone with a solarmeter 6.5 who can test their output…. They seem to be a reputable and quality company in Asia. When I next have some extra $$, I’ll have to order and test one of their bulbs.
