hey everyone i have a problem..i have a 10gallon glass aquarium housing my one female bearded pygmy cham and i have a humidity gauge in there as well as a temp gauge etc and im having a hard time keeping the humidty steady in the range i want it..i do alot of hand misting but that just seems to saturate the place for a bit and then it will drop sometimes rapidly..i know the gauge is fine and its not as dramatic as it sounds but i find myself constantly looking and constantly trying to hand mist for her water and to keep the levels stable..any ideas?

you should get an ultra sonic humidifier like the one zoomed has

and if u dont already have a backround u can buy the t-rex coconut fiber climbing backround at petco, i use it for my hatchling crested gecko an he/she loves it. It soaks the water and keeps the tank humid and would let a pygmy beardie to climb more around its enviroment

thanks for the suggestions..i was thinking of getting a corkback that looks very much like a tree bark but i like the coconut fiber back your speaking of..im going to put another plant or two in there (real live plants) to see if that helps..

What exactly are your readings?

I find those gages to be POS that are never accurate.
