HELP! Young Panther not eating

I just got a 3.5 month old male Ambanja Panther a few days ago. He’s been dark all day today and hasn’t ate anything. Could it be stress ? He ate the past couple days only about 5-6 crickets and a wax worm, all we’re dusted in Repashy Calcium plus. (I know wax worms are high in fat, but i wanted to make sure he had enough). He’s been active though, exploring his cage, and I’ve seen him drink today. I just want to make sure he’s ok, because I’ve read young chameleons are supposed to have 10-12 small crickets a day.

Ambanja Panther
18x18x36
3 live plants all on safe plant list, plenty of vines and sticks
Temp=70
Basking temp=82-85
Humidity=40-60%
Lighting- Reptisun t5 10.0, 75 watt basking bulb
Diet- small crickets only about 5-6 a day (worried about this)
Fecal description- dark brown with white at end.
Mist- 4-5 times a day with hand pump sprayer
Sleep- 12 hours on, 12 hours off, sleeps good, and turns all white. Only time he really lightens up is at night and when lights first comes on.
Location- he is in the living room and we have 2 cats but he’s always very active and walking across the top where lights are back and forth.

Don't expect your cham to act like a "typical cham" for the first few days/weeks/sometimes even months. Moving to a new home is very stressful for them and I would bet that it's the stress of change that is reducing his appetite. So don't be too worried just yet, but definitely keep an eye on it.

Also, I think the 10.0 UVB is overkill in your setup. Most people use 5.0's with panther chams and typically the only exception is when the top of your enclosure is extremely dense with foliage (which yours is not)

Ok, thank you very much, that makes a lot of sense, I’ll just keep an eye on him. For the uvb the fixture came with a 5.0 so I’ll swap that out. I appreciate the response.
