My son got a hold of a vinegar water mixture spray bottle thinking it was just water and sprayed a couple of squirts into our chams mouth!!!! What should I do??

If it was just a little bit of vinegar and water mixture I would just offer the Chamaeleon some water from a dripper or perhaps a misting. If you have any hornworms perhaps one or two of those as well.

Thank you so much for replying!! I misted him and he wasn't too happy about it. I'm hoping it was nothing at all and I feel like an idiot! I guess being a first time owner you come across some mistakes. The bottle of vinegar and water mixture has been picked up out of his reach. I had it labeled, but sitting right by the sprayer with just water.

It's just an acid, and not all that strong an acid. After all, we use it on our food. As long as he didn't aspirate it or get it in his eyes, he'll be just fine. Good you misted his body.

I find I like using different colored or different shaped spray bottles for different chemicals. Mistakes happen. If the bottles are visually quite distinct it helps prevent them.
