Take some calcium supplements. Heck, I still do heavy weight lifting [although muscle mass and strength is declining as I get older], but take half a calcium pill every day.Wait. Don't even talk to me about bone density :/ I drink dark soda and I know they're high in phosphorus and I'm s/p gastric bypass. I can almost feel the Ca leeching out of them. Lol
