Henrys right eye has yellow crust

when someone would phone in for an appointment for this sort of thing, my staff would direct them NOT to clean it all up right before the visit. I have to see for myself several things before it is all wiped away. if it must be cleaned, then take some quality photos first so I have an image. just general pre-vet visit fyi.

it would b nice if some of the admins had instagram cause for some reason i cant log on this on my phone but anyway the pic with the yellow bubble was the first day and all the others is what it look like now today and his other eye is all good im all worried and what not cant wait to go to the vet my phone goin off because of my baby henry some know me look how big he is now
but please help me ill do anything....

Don't know when you have vets visit but I guess it won't be before Monday. If he was mine I would try and keep it clean with warm salty water. Just a tiny pinch of salt. On the day of vets visit leave it so vet can do a culture if required.

I'm sorry to hear that Henry has a problem with his eye. Taking him to a vet that knows chameleons is excellent because he may have an infection and need an antibiotic. If you don't already have a vet for him here's a link to vets that members here use. Don't go into the links just read the post, I believe there's one or two in NY.

heyyyyyyyyyyyyyy jannb wassup did u make a ig yet hows ur chams and thanks for the vet list i also have one others can use called www.localvets.com cause they are charging me 65 bucks just to look at him i kinda think thats a lil high but anyway whateva my baby needs
now kate i have 2 16 ounce spray bottles so u saying put a pinch of salt and warm water?and do i spray his eye directly /?or the cage period?
hes still eating tho just got him some crickets due to sandy and what not and he still b coming out of his tank also today he tried to go to sleep in da am i just let him walk out thanks ladies and gents
