herpmist question

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this question, and it might get moved but I will ask anyway.

I bought a system for herpmist system last weekend, and got an email saying they received my order. I have not heard from them since. I called a few times and left a message and sent an email also.

Does anyone know anything about them? Does it usually take this long to ship? Or is anything going on with them right now?

I'm in the same boat, order placed, nothing shipped, and no contact. This thread will probably be deleted as the forum owner feels that this site is not for public disputes with vendors, but there is a real problem going on right now with herpmist continuing to take orders, but not communicating with customers or providing product.

If he's having health, supply, or whatever issues, he should shut down his store, or notate on it that after receiving your money there will be a 7-14 day wait with no communication, etc.
 
This happened to me when i placed my order, and it turned out that Jasons daughter was sick in the hospital. I was a bit upset at first, but he made it up with excellent customer service when he was able to. He is a human.. not some robot that processes orders all day long. Give it time, hes a legit guy.

CammieNleno, I thought that it was just one or two people running it, and maybe something came up. Thats what I was hoping anyway. Thanks for the heads up.

Maybe I will try to call again tonight.
 
When you run a business, you have certain obligations to your customers.
Whatever personal problems you may have, should not pour over onto those customers. If he owned a store, and couldn't be there for a week, he'd either pay someone else to run it, or lock the door. Just because its the internet, doesn't mean it is any different.
 
Hes a one man show. This doesn't happen to him often. From previous threads I know a lot is happening to him right now. I don't know the guy but give him a chance. He is one of the sponsors for this forum and I'm sure all of the sponsors here are very good people.
 
oh your right. Didn't notice. Hope you reach contact with him soon and get your mist system. After that life is so much easier not having to run back and forth filling up the mist spray bottle.
 
O gosh, I know that Jason has been in a rut lately with misfortunes.
I hope he will pull through and his business will get steady again.

I am one of his customer and has always been happy with his product and customer service.
 
if that is the case, something serious must be goin on in jasons life that is making it almost incredibly hard to fulfill orders I.E his daughter or his own health in question, if you have ordered a herpmist it might be best in your own intrested to either cancel your order and contact your bank/credit card lender.

its a shame, i purchased from jason and he took care of me. but for now it might be best to purchase your mister from mist king.
 
chequepoint, check your bank statement. I think that my $$$ was refunded, but nobody ever told me! When I made the order, I checked my balance online and it showed the purchase pending to hit the next day. Now I cant find it anywhere and my balance is off! I will let you know what happens.

Jason is a great guy and a personal friend anymore to me. I haven't talked to him in about two weeks, but last I heard things were getting fairly stable after a rocky mess. Things may have gone wry again. I'll attempt to contact him and check in. For the sake of myself and other customers here, I hope he's doing well. He really has a great product and excellent customer service. What you are experiencing is NOT typical Jason!
