Herpmist??

Does anyone know whats' up with Herpmist...I saw there was a post on here about him not responding back to someone and their order being in processing. I too have ordered something from him to and have emailed and called him a number of times with no answer or response. Just trying to figure out if someone on here know anything. Im just starting to get upset with the service and they still have my money on hold, but are not communicating with me or some of their other customers for that matter. Whats up????

I finally gave up trying to get in touch with him, and sent a response to the confirmation email asking to cancel. I ordered from Cloud Mist (I think that's the name). I'd prefer for it all to be from the same place but I can't wait any longer. I am not sure if the new place will fit my system but I'm crossing my fingers.

I just checked out his website as i need to get some new nozzels as well, and noticed it said the following:

Please note: Due to a hospitalization, we will not be able to ship orders from December 11-15. Shipping will resume on December 16.

I know we are way past dec 15 right now, but i would assume that his absense has something to do with the above statement. I do know that he has been having some health issues with his daughter, but I am not sure about it. I think times have just been difficult for him lately in light of medical issues.

You all might want to place an order somewhere else for now and deal with the situation down the road when you can. I can vouch for Jason, hes a great guy.. you guys are not going to get screwed or loose anything here.

I received a herpmist from Jason after that date mentioned on his website. I love the system and would have loved to get more items from him at this time. I'm sure he has a very good reason for not being around, and only ordered elswhere for now out of necessity. Hopefully he and his family are well. I've only heard great things about Jason! In the meantime, ordering somewhere else will have to do.
