Hello everyone!!!:D

I am happy to announce that my 3month old ambilobe panther cham is home!!:D

I got him from Kammerflage kreations and sire from "Roa-endrika" aka" two-face"!

I got to meet the Kammers at the N.A.R.B.C at Anaheim today..and picked the little guy up!:D

i have everything setup...and i want your suggestions...

Now before you start suggesting, just know i placed him in a really big screen cage...i will do a quick fix so i use part of the cage and not all of it for now since he is so small!!!

I am very happy with him and now am planning to get my next panther from the Kammers again soon..!!! this time a "NOsy BE!!";)

Here are pics of him and his dad....enjoy:cool::D:) i will post more pics later...

@Eltortu- Have fun tomorrow there was alot people at the convention center today, and definately post pics:D:cool:

also wat r u getting at anaheim?!?!;):D:rolleyes:

COME GUYS/GIRLS...ANY SUGGESTIONS, ADVICE, ETC

tHE MORE INPUTS THE BETTER....KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!!:D

Get a digital thermometer to keep near his basking spot. That way you can make sure he isn't getting too hot, or not hot enough. I might even suggest putting more branches and vines near the top so there is more cover for him to hide and hang out if he doesn't want to bask.

I got one at anaheim, and also a hydrometer....and yeah will do for more plants and branches...i will get a pothos and some branches...

Quick question???: are mulberry branches okay to use, if cleaned properly...cuz in my front yard my neighbors tree goes to my side alot and its a mulberry tree: female that gets berries during the spring to early summer...:D

thx for the advice, will use it:)

I would add more foliage and branches higher up so he can get close the the lamp. What is the temp in the basking spot, its should be around 83F.

Looks great!

I saw his dad today in person lol. Did you see the live tiger? Did you get the free crickets? I grabbed two boxes of a thousand, two cases of super worms, cricket food, and a tub of fruit flies. It was awesome.

Congrats Ace and welcome to the Kammerflage Family of ownership! I noticed you were asking about the branches and I cannot answer that question but atleast you will have a supply of silkworm food from the leaves! lol! I used branches from my Rosewood tree in front and just washed them down with soap and water and let them dry in the sun and am using them in the cage. I think the main thing you have to worry about obviously is pesticides. Best of luck with your new baby!!!

Nice looking little guy ya got there and if he grows up to resemble Dad he will be awesome. I also have bought a few chams from the Kammers and was always satisfied with them.

Nice!

Nice and congrats! I'm sooo jealous! I am waiting on my baby from Kammerflage and they were gonna send him Wed and I was in the midst of painting a room & we did not want to expose him to the fumes. So they said they had to do a show over the weekend and would not be able to send him til Tuesday over night for Wed. I am getting a male Nosy Be from thier male Roland. She said she would put mine back for me before heading to the show.... I can't wait!

Your Cham looks great and the Sire is Woa!

I am stuck on the East Coast so no show for me! :(

Post pics as he grows, would love to see more. Thanks for sharing! I will throw up some pics of my "Wilson" when he arrives!

Hi Ace - it's Ed, it was so nice to see you this weekend and thank you for the getting him from us! I agree with Silkyslim, definitely, add more branches to the cage. Make sure that you use a variety of widths with your branches and at his age, some of a very thin diameter. Place them at various angles. Take care!
