hey guess what!

When our baby came in by mail and we missed it, I had my teenager take pictures of every moment from the time the box came to the door (she got a picture of the mailman...LOL) to the moment that our baby took his first steps into his new home...and then had her email them all to me! LOL she had fun taking the pictures and I enjoyed showing my coworkers my new baby pictures! :D Just an idea...

Hope you enjoy your new little one! (I have a veiled myself...but still-chams are all beautiful!)

Oh that's just not right at all!!! I feel for you not being able to be there for you new baby's arrival. But I'm sure this will be special for your brother to do for you. Like the other post said... Have him take special pictures for you :)
 
What I did when I had my baby hoe shipped, was i had him sent to my work.
So i came into work, with a cardboard box, a lamp (just for basking) and the box was filled with 3 small pothos.
fedex guy came to my work, and i unpacked him sitting at my desk!
hahah. it was hilarious.
especially when a customer came in and saw the plants moving, but couldnt figure out why!

I'm glad that the holiday season is going to have a "bright spot" in it for you. You seem very mature for your age and I'm sure your gonna be a wonderful Mommy to your new addition.

Oh.........and don't forget to take some pics when he/she gets settled in. I'm looking forward to seeing them.

haha thats awesome! i almost had him shipped to my moms work, they have a fake tree in every corner of her office >.> nobody would notice, haha. but i just got a job at a heating and cooling office, and the office is very crammed, so no room for a chameleon :/ but ill be looking forward to coming home and seeing him in his cage!

this holiday is soo exciting! and i will take LOTS of pics, ive been looking forward to taking pics of him, as i am an amature photographer :p
 
today is the big day!! :D it is snowing a little though..hope it doesnt get too bad :/ i can barely contain my excitement! and good news, got a text from my boss saying i didnt need to be in till 12 today :D so i will be here for my chams arrival! unless he's late...
 
ugh!!! you have got to be kidding me! my mom just checked my step dads e-mail for a shipping update...and it says it was unable to ship yesterday and will be shipped today for delivery tomorrow. -.-

did you talk to fl chams
good breeders will check in to see what the temps are in your area to help reduce as much trama for the little guys as they can. if its cold and to freezing or if its to hot they won't ship. kammers is the only one that does a good job at this and will call and let you know when and why they delay the shipment. when i got my nosey be's from them I had to wait an extra week due to the summers heat they checked in and wanted to make sure all my wittle babies made it. so if fl chams didn't call you and tell you why then that shows bad business triats so i wouldn't want to deal with that. but soon it will be there and all will be at peace in your world
 
Amanda I know you are so excited to get you new little guy. But I think our weather is about the same right now... and I bet they held off due to the weather on your end. It is better to be safe then sorry. Hang in there and you will get your little guy safe and sound soon.
 
I'm glad they held it. In in NY about 2 hours from Pa and it is BRICK!!(cold). I think we are in the teens and windy
