Just thought I'd give a little introduction,

My name is Jett, I'm 11, don't worry I have parent permission to be here!!!

I type like a 23 year old technical person I've been told hehe.... sorry just extra info hahahahaha.

I have a veiled chameleon. His name is Green.

I would love to share pictures but I'm not allowed to because my parents don't want anyone trying to find me... so no matter what I can't post pictures! I hope you guys are understanding. :(

My dad has been helping me with chameleons and the one I have right now is 3 years old. He's big! So big, we keep him in a 7 foot tall by 4x4 bottom screen cage! My dad bought a misting system but I don't think it's a misting king.

I've been looking at this site for a looooong time, for like 2 years almost!

I only just now decided to join because my parents finally let me.

I hope this is in the right spot, so sorry if it's not!

By the way I'm borrowing a friends computer, she is also on this forum so she says that if the address comes up the same she's sorry!

What address anyways? I'm so confused hahahaha.

Anyways if you guys wanna ask me any questions (because I'm sure some of you think an 11 year old shouldn't have reptiles!) feel free to! :)
 
Welcome to the forums, you sure you aren't really older? LOL a lot of my younger friends text talk and it's annoying. Welcome.
 
11 was a good age!

Welcome! it's alot of fun sharing stories, info, pics, and plans! You'll find that there is a surprising variation of ages on this forum. I think it was wise of your parents to give you permission to join. It's about 99.9% of the time always on a chameleon topic!! And, no matter what you already know, there is always something to learn from a horde of chameleon keepers with hundreds of years combined experience!!!! Have fun and don't be afraid to ask questions and answer them too!!!

Yeah thank you for that Syn, if it weren't for you I wouldn't be on hahahahahaahahah but Lyneeeso it's kinda scary when you get something wrong because this forum is so precise! :( I'm going home now so talk to you guys later if I can!
 
Well welcome to the forum. we are happy to have you. I may very likely be older than your parents, but here we are all just chameleon lovers. We all learn and share on this sight. Enjoy.:)
 
I am also new here my friend just a bit older, LOL ! It's great to see such young folks getting involved in reptiles, Who knows maybe you will become another steve erwin, Someone i really miss watching. Hurry up and get older and start your own show !!!!!! :D:D
 
Welcome Vendetta? I think that it is wonderful that you are into reptiles. I was about your age when I held my first chameleon and my love for them was sparked!! I hope you will continue to love them for as long as I have. Suck in all the knowledge that you can while you are young. I tend to forget things now that I am older!
 
Nice to have you along, I am 24 and i think you type more clear than me! Keep rockin on with the reptiles and trust your parents they really know what is best for you. Good luck with your herping!;)

I think it's great that you have joined the forum. I'm old so there were no personal computers when I was 11. I was out collecting toads and keeping those as pets when I was your age and lived in Iowa. I think your parents sound sensible too. And fun...any parent that lets their children have a reptile has a sense of fun and adventure in them :) Welcome to you and Green!
