Any tips on getting him to stop hissing at me in his cage he also lunges at me drying to bite... Once hes out he's fine just skid ish any tips on making him a wee bit more friendly lol

try hand feeding. he will associate you and your hands with something good. sometimes they are just like that and there isn't much you can do and sometimes with patience they will calm down a bit.
 
If you have not had him long just giving him time to settle in and get used to you might be all he needs.

Hand feeding if you can without him biting you may help, it gets them used to your hand being a good thing not something scary.

I have also read on here that if you can let them free range a bit it can make them less territorial over the cage (which if he is better out of his cage is what it sounds like to me - he is just protecting his home) so putting a plant outside next to his cage so he can crawl out on his own, then work up to him coming out on your hand, it takes a lot of patience...Screameleons website has a nice video on handling...and then of course you have the chams that just refuse to be handled lol Good luck! :)
