Poor sweetheart has only one thing on her mind and it isn’t food. Keep offering food like usual. The receptive period only feels like it lasts forever. She may return to being your little sweetie, or she may not. My girl is fierce and if she isn’t trying to eat my fingers, she’s trying to bite them. She will eat from my hand though…I just have to make sure to make a fist and put it on the back of my hand.

If you’re talking egg wise and not size in general, I’m not a 100% sure on this but I think they don’t really start to get egg girth abit later in the receptive/gravid period
