Hoehnelii

These are a little smaller than the other hoehnelii I've had. Strangely, the size doesn't seem indicative of the altitude the locales originate. Some of the largest locales live at the 8-10,000ft. range, and some smaller hoehnelii live above 12,000 ft.. Go figure? Makes it difficult to figure out temperature ranges for different locales.

You are not going to recreate the Trioceros hoehnelii elevations in your area. However other than the elevation, other conditions in your area are what I think would be close to conditions in natural Trioceros hoehnelii habitat where you are located. That even comes to the occasional snow in your area and snow that occasionally happens in Trioceros hoehnelii habitat. That stated I think you're in a good area for keeping Trioceros hoehnelii outside for most of the year. Good luck with that species.
