I just got a Jackson Cham and I'm thinking about getting a panther too but I don't want to waste a ton of money buying a prefab screen cage. so I wanted to get some ideas from you guys on what a good home made tank would look like and a list of materials needed please include some pics

I would not get a tank for a panther by any means, but here is the screened enclosure I made for mine! If you have spare wood laying around, or know of someone who does, it can be very cheap! I had access to spare wood, and spent a total of $30 on screen, door-latch, pothos plant, and an umbrella plant. Very affordable! :)

http://youtu.be/AnNl5IMXFCI Watch JDogs videos on how to assemble a screen cage for about half of what it costs to buy one. I think there are 4 parts, maybe 5.

What size is that cage?

48 inches tall, 36 wide in the front... I forget the back dimensions, it's been awhile! Lol, it was interesting to get into the door....

I still love that enclosure!! :)

Thank you! Bagheera would rather be free-ranging, though... so appreciative! That's what I get for putting alot of time into a cage!
