Thanks for the info but I went home from work last night and put them in the fridge
will check when I get home today (took out this morn.)

Thanks for your posts and I know what you mean it is hard to sift through all the info available and decide who is right or what is right for your cham.
I've read cham books with info that will work but is not the best for your cham. We were told at first to feed him what ever he will eat while he is young as he will not over eat... I tend to agree with some of the senior members (and Germans) that in the wild they would not get near as much food as we give them, and still live healthy lives. As for the over eating that is why I asked this question, my veiled has never left any food in his dish ever no matter how much you put in. example 15 1/2" crix gone in 3 min. and he will eat another 15 at 5pm ( before someone chimes in we don't do this anymore )
