I do not know of anyone selling flies up here, besides fruit flies. However I also have never really looked.
Maybe check with some of our site sponsors, they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi there,
See this website
http://www.forkedtreeranch.com/index.html

Your after a maggot with no colour
Just place them in Room temp and caster them up then your will have lots of blue bottle flys lol

I put the casters into some calcium before they hatch saves messing around,

Hope this helps

Thank you so much ! Life saver here ! Haha t chameleon would thank you but he sleeping so... Haha and thanks for the info to the calcium is a good trick!

Also you can gutload them a little too by adding a little bit of honey to some bran and mix it up so it's not to sticky, the flys will use some of the honey thins energy

Hmm, I'll have to look into that. I've been looking for fly spikes too. $20 for 1,000 but not available until January? If you find anyone else in Canada that has them sooner, please let me/us know! :D

You can try ordering adult calcium worms, repti-worms, or phoenix worms and leaving them in room temps for about 2-4 weeks. They'll eventually turn into Black Soldier Flies :)

My cham loves them so far. He goes crazy for them!

And for the flies, Maybe you can breed your own? I've seen videos of people putting meat in jars w/ mesh tops. And the flys lay their eggs ontop of the mesh. Take the eggs and figure out how to incubate them lol.

Flies are just gross to me, I don't think i could deal with "Maggots". But i can deal with roaches and other nasty bugs with no hesitation haha.

Yeah idk about custom letting anything alive ! And ill also try letting phinex worm turn into a fly:D hope everyone find their flies my chameleon loves them haha :)

I've been wondering if house flies were OK for them to eat. A few days ago, I saw a fly on the wall so I brought out my 5 month old cham to catch it. It was awesome to watch her go for it! I would be nice to put some flying insects in the cage with her.
