House Flies??

As some of you might have read my male jackson is a picky eater. it was suggested that i try flies which i already know he would relish. does anyone know if the can be gutloaded and do you dust them with suppliments?

also which are better house flies or blue bottle flies. the blue bottle look larger online?

In my opinion the actual nutritional value of flies is not that great.
I would get them to try and stimulate his appetite, but don't depend on them as a primary food source.
They can be dusted.
