Housing Jackson and veiled

Your Veilieds are likely okay in there cage. However please for the love of everything do not add a Jacksons in there, they require different food and care.

As far as the Veileds, guys the cage he has them in is 6'6" wide 25" deep and 7' tall, and has dual basking spots, that is fine for 2 veileds I would think, he also has a divider, why he is not using it IDK.

Like has been said, plenty of people here use Greenhouses ect and house many chams, and smaller free ranges. Rule of thumb, ask more questions :p, or look at his past posts.

LOL, I was with all of you, thought it would be a small reptibreeze, but I did detective work first, always :).

Op, if your idea is to put the divider in and put the Veileds in one side and Jackson in the other. That is not going to work, You could keep 1 Veilied in 1 side and the jacksons in the other.

I would leave them together as babys, and be ready to put the divider in if needed later. And you can remove it for mating if you choose. Watch them very closely while they are together, for signs of stress and aggression. If you see that, divide them.

I am almost ready for an update. So soon, I got 2 pieces of trim to put on then some sanding and I am at the bondo/fiberglass phase. I will post an update pre bondo/fiberglass.

I have been being lazy the last few days lol.

He may still have trouble providing the humidity and temp gradient the 2 species need. If that cage absorbs too much heat from the veileds' side it will dry out the jax's side and may be too warm for them.

Very good points :).

I opt to provide better care than "fine".

My kids will live "fine" off of rice and water.... but I choose to provide more...

This is true. Plus this guy thought his 3 veilieds were fine. They seemed fine all the time, till one day........

I have no interest in watching this. The title says enough. Thank you for sharing, but not for me.

P.S @cyberlocc i am excited to see your next progression post for your enclosure. I am about to begin converting a cabinet...
