How’s his weight?

Hello all, I have some questions about my veiled chameleon’s weight. I’ve been reading everything I could find on where they carry weight, and I’ve come to the conclusion that I just can’t tell. At certain angles he looks under weight and others over. I was wondering if someone could give their opinion on it. I’m uploading picture from different angles, let me know if I need to post more. Also, sorry a head of time if I’m just being a worry wort.

Chameleon Info:
  • Your Chameleon - Veiled Chameleon, Male. I’m guessing 4 or 5 months, but am uncertain. It’ll be two weeks on Tuesday since I got him.
  • Handling - I’ve only handled him when I put him into his cage.
  • Feeding - I’m feeding him about 10 small crickets a day, or at least letting 10 loose. I remove or find dead about 3 or 4 a day. I gut load them with a store bought organic gutload called the BioDudes Bug Grub. I also see him eat on the live plant leaves in his cage, mostly on the Pothos.
  • Supplements - I dust them in RepCal calcium daily, and rotate between calcium with D3 and multivitamin on Fridays.
  • Watering - I have a dripper that runs all day, and I heavily mist 2 or 3 times a day. I see him drink regularly directly from the dripper.
  • Fecal Description - Dark brown, and most often firm or on occasion a little watery. Looks normal according to what I’ve seen.
  • History - Not much history is known, since I’ve only had him for about a week and a half.

Cage Info:
  • Cage Type - A screened 24x24x48, with three sides covered for humidity purposes.
  • Lighting - Reptisun 5.0 UV, 75 watt for basking. His lights are set for 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
  • Temperature - Basking stays around 80-86. Top is 77-80, middle is in the 72-76ish, bottom stays in the lower 70s.
  • Humidity - Stays around 64-72 percent with the lowest I’ve seen being 54 percent. I mist regularly and have live plants to regulate humidity, and keep 3 sides covered. I also live in a climate that is pretty humid.
  • Plants - I have live plants. Pothos, Schefflera, and Star Jasmine. As well as one faking plant on the door to make him feel more secure.
  • Placement - Corner in my room. A little near a vent, but I have something to redirect airflow. I keep my fan off. It’s on a wide end table, and the top is about about 6 feet from the floor.
  • Location - Houston, Texas

Current Problem - I have possible weight concerns.

Do you know his length (inches) and weight (grams)?

He’s roughly 4 inches long, not including tail. Roughly is keyword. He runs when I get a little too close, and I had to measure fast. I don’t have the means to take weight at the moment, which makes me feel rather dumb being that seems like the easiest way to figure it out. I’ll look into getting a scale when I get off of work today. Though I’m sure weighing him is going to be an ordeal, because of the aforementioned running. Lol
