this was pasted from their (OLD) website, but i know it is months old, so it would not suprise me if they are out of business////Please note: We are temporarily closed due to family issues. there is also a configuration error that is keepin me from closing the webstore until I can get it sorted out. SOrry for the hassle, but I'm working on it../////////////////many reptile sites are short lived or even dubious, it is a good idea to use pay pal whenever possible for that reason (especially when purchasing reptiles), at least then there may be some recourse, i too hope you get it worked out, good luck

If you paid via credit card just call up your credit card company and file a chargeback for non receipt of items. That's all you have to do. They would have to provide a tracking number for them to win.
