How do you keep waxworms alive??

So the fridge is too cold and you can't leave them out, so how do you keep waxworms alive?

Try putting them either in the bottom drawer of your fridge or on the bottom shelf on the door. If you’re looking to feed them, they’ll pupate pretty quickly. You can take either some bran or oatmeal and mix in a little bit of honey - not so much that there’s anything really sticky.

I keep mine at room temperature and they do just fine

I also keep mine at room temperature. Tried breeding them in a box, but ended up with nothing but dead moths.

I didn’t intentionally try again to breed them - it just kind of happened. I currently have an unknown amount of itty bitty wax worms that are growing soooo slowly. A few weeks ago I could only see them with a strong magnifying glass. Now I can just barely see them without one and I expect maybe by Christmas they’ll be big enough to feed off.
