We need to see the back of the rear feet to tell. Male veileds have a little spur at the base between toes. And I think he/she looks healthy, that's what the babies at the pet shop I got my veiled from looked like. Just read up on everything to keep it healthy, because those babies now could be doing better than the way they are taken care of in that shop... The member Jannb has a great blog on her page for baby veiled chameleons. Pretty much covers everything you need.
I got him in a fish/reptile pet store that I work at called "Something's fishy" and it is in Owen Sound Ontario
