My veiled was looking bloated about 15 days ago so I took her to the vet 13 days ago. After X-rays, My veiled is definitely ready to lay her eggs, but this is almost two weeks later and she has not? How long can she hold them? Could she be egg bound already? I have had a nesting box set up for her for 2 weeks now, with sand and soil, it holds form so she can tunnel but is not dripping wet, as well is is at least a foot wide and a foot deep, I am very concerned. She was staying around the bottom of her enclosures but today she remains at the top under her basking spot, and she ate yesterday but not today.
