How long can I cage male female Baby's together.

If they are siblings they can remain together until they are a couple months old. I wouldn't mix chams that weren't reared together. It would be better to get separate cages. Others may have a different opinion.

Ok thank you didn't know that. I will wait till my male gets his large cage. Thank you.

Until they begin to show signs of aggression towards one another. I'd say really start paying attention for those signs after 3-4 months. All chams are different.

If they are a male and female waiting until they show signs of aggression before separating them will likely be too late because they may be being aggressive because they mated and the female is rejecting the male because she's gravid

When you have a chameleon and add another to your collection you should quarantine the new one first IMHO.

I agree! Besides, aggression isn't the only issue here. Competition for food and space will generally cause stress for both animals and this isn't as easy to recognize as aggression. I would not personally have them together after two or three months if it can be avoided. Not much benefit to the chameleons, if any, and I would suggest quarantine as well.

You have already received some good advice. I would not advise keeping them together at all. Up to 3 months of age is a pretty normal standard for breeders. Beyond that, they need to be separated down into ideally single cages. I sometimes keep 2 males or 2 females together a bit beyond that but after 4 months they are more stressed by the presence of others.

It would be wise to wait until you have a second enclosure. :)
