How long does it take for a cricket to shed?

My cave cricket has been shedding since last night, and it's still struggling to get free of its old skin. Is it normal for it to take that long? It's body and head are free but its legs look like they're still stuck. I'd try to help it but I'm afraid I'd just end up hurting it.

I wouldn't help it, it has taken some of the crickets in my cricket tubs honestly like an entire day to shed all the way and it has happen once or twice in my Leopard geckos enclosure when it hid and my Leo could get it.

Wow she is still shedding but I guess it's just because she's at least a year old.
